1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using BunkerVault™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the product.

2. Product Description

BunkerVault™ is a portable, offline AI assistant that runs from a USB drive. The product includes:

  • A pre-configured USB drive with AI software
  • Pre-loaded AI language models (quantity varies by tier)
  • User interface software for interacting with the AI

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BunkerVault™ for personal or internal business purposes. You may:

  • Use the software on any compatible computer
  • Make backup copies of the USB drive contents for personal use
  • Use the AI models included with your purchase

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit BunkerVault™
  • Reverse engineer or modify the software for redistribution
  • Use the product for illegal purposes
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Claim ownership of the included AI models

5. AI Model Usage

BunkerVault™ includes various AI language models. These models:

  • Are provided under their respective open-source licenses
  • May generate inaccurate or inappropriate content
  • Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Are your responsibility to use appropriately

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use BunkerVault™ and any content it generates
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Backing up any important conversations or data
  • The physical security of your USB drive

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BunkerVault™ is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all computer systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CW Affiliate Investments, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content
  • Hardware failures or USB drive defects beyond replacement

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your BunkerVault™ product.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for unopened, sealed products only:

  • Refunds are available only for products with unbroken seals
  • Once the USB seal is broken, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital content
  • Defective drives will be replaced at no cost - contact us with your order number
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the sealed product

10. Intellectual Property

BunkerVault™, including its name, logo, and original software, is the property of CW Affiliate Investments, LLC. The included AI models are subject to their respective licenses (e.g., Meta's Llama license, Mistral AI license).

11. Copying & Redistribution Prohibited

BunkerVault™ software is licensed for personal use on one device at a time. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, duplicating, or cloning the USB drive contents
  • Redistributing the software, AI models, or any component to third parties
  • Sharing, uploading, or making the software available online
  • Creating derivative works for distribution
  • Reselling or commercially exploiting the software

Violation of these terms may result in legal action. The software, AI models, and all associated content remain the exclusive property of CW Affiliate Investments, LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the intellectual property.

12. Privacy

Your use of BunkerVault™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BunkerVault™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BunkerVault™ shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
